Marcus Hale started DocLock in 2014 after twelve years in the trade and one too many customers calling to complain about national-chain "locksmiths" showing up, jacking the price, and drilling locks that could have been picked.

Today we're a small, licensed, insured shop serving Knoxville and 27 surrounding communities. Every call is answered by a real person. Every job is done by a master locksmith. Every price is quoted before we touch your lock.
